But according to a poll by the Saint Consulting Group, women are far more likely than men to oppose the construction of new power plants, shopping malls, big-box stores, and other large projects. The results aren’t a blanket statement about gender and urban development. But they do indicate an interesting divergence in priorities between men and women when it comes to industrial growth.
