Another exciting Wastecon is nearly upon us.  In advance of the meeting in Washington, DC, I wanted to let you know that I will be the headlining presenter for the “Engaging the Public” session from 4:00 – 5:30 PM on Tuesday, August 14. The presentation will be about engaging stakeholders through an approach we call the Advocacy Pyramid.

The advocacy pyramid is an approach to developing public support for waste and other controversial projects. It is designed to assist with the creation of public engagement plans that incorporate modern communications and campaign techniques that you can use to target your precious time and energy on creating vocal advocates for your mission critical project.

Feel free to let me know if you are coming by emailing me at vincent@tscg.biz.  We will also reach out to you directly in the coming days to arrange a meeting during the conference if there is time on your calendar.
