One of the public outreach strategies advocated by Saint Consulting is providing tours of your quarry operation.

Conducting these tours will educate the public about the quarry operation and go a long way to dispel the rumors and myths that anti-quarry community groups put out.

Inviting neighborhood groups, school classes, scout troops and other organizations will open up a dialogue and will create more supporters for your operations for the future.

Lesley Wright reports in The Arizona Republic on efforts  by mine operators to showcase environmental improvements at their mining sites.  Click here for her report.
