Mike Saint, company founder, majority shareholder and current CEO, will remain as chairman of the board of directors and will be focusing on developing a new technology company that plans to offer new services to the commercial development industry.  “I am very excited to be entering this next phase of my career, developing another startup from the ground up,” said Saint.  “I know that, after more than 18 years with the company working as a project manager, division manager and as company president, Patrick has the experience, energy and innovative spirit necessary to take Saint Consulting to another level.”

“I am honored to have the trust and support of Mike Saint, a true innovator and entrepreneurial visionary who created an industry around the politics of land use,” Fox said.

Fox has managed or consulted on hundreds of land use projects across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, adapting state-of-the-art grassroots political campaign techniques to win controversial land use battles. He is co-author, along with Saint, of the book, “NIMBY Wars – The Politics of Land Use,” and has written numerous articles and thought leadership pieces on the state of politics and land use.

As a lecturer at the MIT Center for Real Estate, Fox helped develop the program, “Winning Community Support for Real Estate Projects.” He also has provided executive education seminars in the politics of land use and techniques for winning support for controversial projects for industry leading companies internationally.

Fox developed the Saint Index, the world’s only international survey that quantifies and analyzes opposition to development. He earned an MBA from Northeastern University and certifications from programs at Harvard, MIT and Harvard Business School.
